The workshop is for both beginners and experienced people, so it doesn't matter if you haven't tried the profession before. We will go through all the tools and help you along the way so you are not alone.

The workshop at Sara Lou is suitable for both older and younger people, however, we require that children or younger people from the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult. We have tools such as saws, hammers, etc. that can be dangerous to use, therefore the course is also at your own risk.

We teach in both Danish and English at the workshop so everyone can join in.

When you book a table at the workshop, you will generally only have the table for 2.5 hours. It varies greatly how long it takes, but on average, visitors finish in 2 hours. If you have been to the workshop before and know you would like extra time, please contact us before booking a table so we can ensure that there are enough tables for you to stay over time.

Yes, you will receive the jewelry after just 2-2.5 hours. If you want gold plating, the jewelry can only be picked up after 1-3 weeks.

At the workshop we only work in 925 sterling silver, but if you prefer gold you can have your jewelry gold plated. At this time we only gold plate rings.

Silver will naturally oxidize over time, and gold-plated jewelry can gradually lose its luster. This can be affected by individual pH levels, so wear and tear will vary from person to person.
